Guray KUCUKKOCAOGLU Ph.D

Founder and Principal

Prof. Güray Küçükkocaoğlu is a faculty member in the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Baskent University. He also teaches finance courses at various public and foundation universities at the graduate and doctoral levels. Prof. Küçükkocaoğlu completed his undergraduate studies in BSBA Finance at Harmon College of Business Administration - Central Missouri State University, USA, and his graduate studies in MBA Finance at the same university. He earned his doctoral degree in 2003 with a thesis titled “Intraday Stock Returns, Volatility, and Close End Price Manipulation in the Istanbul Stock Exchange” at Ankara University - Faculty of Political Sciences. Prof. Küçükkocaoğlu serves as a referee and editorial board member for numerous national and international journals in his field. His areas of expertise include Financial Management, Feasibility Studies, Tangible and Intangible Asset Valuations in Companies, Tender Offer Management, Investment Analysis, and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). He has been the project manager for various national and international valuation, feasibility, and investment projects. In addition to his editorship of books such as “Financial Management from an Emerging Market Perspective”, “Energy Management for Sustainable Development”, and “Public-Private Partnerships in Turkey: From Theory to Practice” he co-authored the book “The Last Twenty Years of Economic Growth in Turkey (2000-2020): A Comparative Analysis between Turkey and China' with Dr. Nimet Çakır.”

GÖKHAN GÖKSU Ph.D

Business Developer

Gökhan Göksu has been serving as a faculty member at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at TOBB University of Economics and Technology since 2019. In addition to his academic role, he served as the University’s Secretary General between 2016 and 2023, leading the institution’s administrative structuring, strategic management, and organizational development processes. Prior to this position, Göksu held key administrative roles within the university, serving as Director of Financial Affairs from 2007 to 2019 and as Advisor to the Rector from 2006 to 2007. Since the establishment of the university, he has made significant contributions to financial management, budget planning, institutional process design, and administrative coordination.
Before his academic career, Göksu worked in the private sector and in large-scale international projects. From 2003 to 2005, he served as a Project Finance Specialist at British Petroleum; between 2001 and 2003, he worked within Deloitte as the Accounting and Finance Officer for the Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan Pipeline Project, specializing in tax auditing, project cost analysis, and financial reporting.
Göksu received his Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from Başkent University. He completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2004 and graduated from the same university with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration.

YENAL CAN YİĞİT Ph.D

Financial Analyst

Yenal Can Yiğit is a scholar and finance professional at TOBB University of Economics and Technology, where he serves as Manager of Accounting and Finance and Part-Time Instructor in the Department of Economics. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Ankara University, focusing on the consumption of tobacco products in Turkey. Dr. Yiğit previously completed both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. His academic and professional interests include microeconomics, applied microeconometrics, health and sports economics, accounting, and financial statement analysis. He has published in international and national journals, including Social Science & Medicine – Population Health, and contributed to book chapters and NBER working papers on consumer behavior and public policy. In addition to his research, he is a Certified Public Accountant and has participated in several applied research and consultancy projects in finance and economics.

UĞUR DAĞISTAN

Software and System Developer

Uğur Dağıstan, a graduate of Gazi University’s Department of Computer Engineering, currently serves as the Director of Information Technologies at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. He leads the university’s digital transformation and IT infrastructure processes, conducting work in areas such as web-based system development, data analytics, information security, and user experience design. With his innovative, solution-oriented, and sustainable approaches, he guides the institution’s technological advancement and contributes to strengthening its digital ecosystem.

EFE ARDA Ph.D

Software Developer - AI Engineer

Efe Arda is a researcher with a strong interdisciplinary background in business administration, finance, and computer science. He earned his PhD in Business Administration with honors from Başkent University (2015–2020), where his doctoral thesis focused on designing and implementing financial time series forecasting applications using artificial intelligence methods, testing seven different regression algorithms on BIST datasets (DOI: 10.30784/epfad.878664). His academic work explores the intersection of business management and computer science, with research on artificial intelligence for learning organizations, optimization of information flow, complexity reduction, and AI applications in financial markets. He holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management with high honors from Pace University, New York (2011–2013), where he specialized in corporate finance, capital markets, innovation management, investment analysis, and business strategy. Earlier, he completed his BSc in Computer Science with honors at The University of Manchester, excelling in four advanced themes—Programming & Algorithms, Mobile Computing & Networks, Artificial Intelligence, and Web & Distributed Systems. His graduation project, an AI-based Sudoku solver in Java, reflects his enduring interest in the integration of computational methods with real-world problem-solving.
